Anoushka Shankar

Anoushka is an American-British musician and sitarist. She was also the youngest and first woman to be awarded an award from the British House of Commons Award. Anoushka Sitar Shankar was one of the Indian young sitar singer. She is the student and daughter of Ravi Shankar. Born in 1982, she was raised in London. Her childhood years included a period of time between London in London and New Delhi. When she was 13, she gave her first performance at New Delhi. In Encinitas the state of California, in 1999 she earned a high-school diploma. Anouskha is still a young woman, nevertheless, she has an amazing career in recording and performing.
